Explore the recent coverage below.
Spider-Noir

Spider-Noir is a live-action series based on the Marvel comic Spider-Man Noir. It tells the story of Ben Reilly, played by Nicolas Cage, a down on his luck private investigator in 1930s New York who becomes the city's one and only superhero. Prime Video made the show available to watch two ways: in Authentic Black & White and in True-Hue Full Color.
Pankaj Bajpai is the colorist behind both looks. He colored the show so each version could stand on its own and stay true to the same story. A wide range of publications covered his work.
- American Cinematographer: "Spider-Noir: Shooting Black-and-White and Color at Once"
- ASC Clubhouse Conversations: "Spider-Noir" (video)
- Los Angeles Times: "How 'Spider-Noir' nailed the looks of 1930s New York, in black-and-white and color"
- The Credits (Motion Picture Association): "'Spider-Noir' Colorist Pankaj Bajpai on Crafting Two Worlds, From Lush Color to Gritty 1930s Monochrome"
The Audacity

Tim Vincent colored AMC's The Audacity. In the American Cinematographer story, Director of Photography Richard Rutkowski, ASC, talks a lot about working with Tim and explains how they built the show's wildfire look together. The look changes in five stages as the fire gets worse.
